Fundraising/Auction
This committee helps manage annual fundraising events such as auction, custom team clothing and item sales, etc. This year's annual auction will take place on March 4, 2023. Leads are Renee Picard Walsh and Cara Kettenbach.
Volunteers
This volunteer role involves coordinating and sending communications to the volunteers for VARA races and camps. Lead is Liz Bride.
Parent reps for the Mountain Team, U10, U12, U14 and U16/18
This volunteer role involves sending out email reminders about team activities, helping Anne and the coaches with communications to teams, organizing some social activities and helping with weekend training runs. Lead is Liz Bunnell.
Quechee Cup - Friday, February 24, 2023
This committee organizes the race, including identifying award categories, purchasing prizes, running registration, judging for award categories and running the award ceremony. Lead is Miriam Walsh.
Team Apparel and Items
Helping with selecting team apparel and running the pop-up apparel team store as well as coordinating the sale of team items in the Base Lodge or at team events during selected times throughout the season. Lead is Brie Campbell.

Uphill Maples Challenge Fundraiser - Month of February
Help with tracking participants' treks up and down the hill, purchasing awards, and the awards ceremony at the banquet on March 2. Lead is Denisse Dalle.
